<p><code class="code">list-tail</code> and <code class="code">list-cdr-ref</code> are identical. It may help to
think of <code class="code">list-cdr-ref</code> as accessing the <var class="var">k</var>th cdr of the list,
or returning the results of cdring <var class="var">k</var> times down <var class="var">lst</var>.
