Large Scale Survey and Dashboarding Software? #4

My company currently has a Qualtrics license and we run all of our surveys and dashboarding through it. I've found it works okay for small scale surveys, but becomes a massive pain for any large or multi-survey efforts because everything has to be done with dropdown menus. My latest frustration is having 4 surveys on a dashboard that share 90% of the same fields, but I have to manually map every single field on everything except the first survey. I know there are a lot of other popular dashboarding softwares out there, but have never seen them used for survey data, so wanted to see if anyone has one they really like.

As a survey administrator, I want to efficiently map shared fields across multiple surveys on a dashboard, so that I can save time and reduce errors when setting up large-scale survey efforts.

Clarifying questions:

  1. How many surveys do you typically manage simultaneously on a dashboard?
  2. What's the average number of fields shared across surveys?
  3. How much time do you currently spend mapping fields for each additional survey?
  4. Are there any specific field types that are particularly challenging to map?
  5. Would you prefer a solution that automates field mapping or one that allows for bulk editing?

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. The system identifies common fields across multiple surveys on a dashboard.
  2. Users can select multiple surveys and apply field mappings to all selected surveys simultaneously.
  3. The system suggests field mappings based on field names and types from previously mapped surveys.
  4. Users can review and modify suggested mappings before applying them.
  5. The system provides a summary of mapped and unmapped fields for each survey.
  6. Users can save field mapping templates for future use with similar survey sets.
