Personal opinion: cl-fad was a great improvement when it first appeared, but it has way too much implementation-dependent pitfalls. I recommend <a href="uiop.html" class="internal">uiop</a>, which is of vastly higher quality, and also has the advantage of already be in your implementation as part of <a href="asdf.html" class="internal">asdf</a> 3. And if you need finer control on filesystem access, use <a href="iolib.html" class="internal">iolib</a>. — <a href="Fare Rideau.html" class="internal">Fare Rideau</a>
